Frequently Asked Questions

What is the commitment? There is a four offer commitment. You may cancel at any time, however there is a $50 cancellation fee should you not complete four offers.

How much does membership cost? Membership is based on the offer you select. Prices reflect discount but DO NOT include taxes or shipping. Your credit card will be charged the exact cost of each offer plus shipping and sales tax.

What is my discount off wine?

• 12 bottle members receive 30% off
• 6 bottle members receive 20% off
• 3 bottle members receive 15% off

How much is shipping? Shipping is always only $10 for 3 and 6 bottle members; 12 bottle members receive FREE shipping for wine club offers or $10 for any other shipping purchase. All purchases of 12 or more bottles receive free shipping on first case, $10 each additional case. Restrictions to some states apply. Lower 48 only.

How will I be notified about offers and billing? You will be notified by email about billing dates. Please add wineclub@winegirlwines.com to your inbox safe list.

When will I be billed for my wine? We will notify members via email the week prior to charging your credit card.

When will you ship? Offers are ready for pick-up on the Monday of the offer date scheduled. We ship on Mondays and seasonally when it is safe to avoid having wine sit in a hot warehouse.
